Feelings
Books are a wonderful medium for helping us talk about things that are hard or confusing. They can do the heavy lifting and offer us a space to reflect and talk about a topic or idea without having to come up with all the words ourselves. Writers work hard to construct books that share ideas clearly, so why not let the book do some of the work?
We all have feelings and experiences that are hard to navigate and the books in this section have been written to help young people think these things through. Reflecting on a character's journey and comparing it to our own can really help us build resilience and give us the words and skills required to deal with the ups and downs of life.
